Appointments & Fees
I believe it is important for you to know how I can help you
before you decide to go ahead, and therefore offer a free initial
consultation. There is no obligation for you to book a session for
treatment. Over 15 minutes or so, we can talk about what you are seeking, and how hypnotherapy would be able to help. I always allow time for you to carry on into the first session straight after the initial consultation if you wish to, but as stated before there is no obligation.
Most of all, it gives you an opportunity to meet with me and decide whether I am the right person for you.
Prior to our first meeting I ask that the Case History Form (found on the contact page), is completed and returned to me. This will allow me to prepare for our first session should you wish to go ahead after the initial consultation.
Sessions are approximately 50 minutes and usually a week apart. The number of sessions required can vary according to each individual and what we are working to achieve. To achieve maximum results in the shortest time, an initial programme of 3 sessions is advised. If you decide to book three sessions payment at a discounted rate of £165 is payable at the first meeting (discount £15). Single sessions are charged at a rate of £60 each and are payable at the beginning of each session
