To achieve maximum results in the shortest time, an initial programme of 3 sessions is advised (£165 for the initial block booking of 3 sessions, which includes a discount of £15), paid in full at the first session. However, you can book single sessions at a rate of £60 per session, payable at the beginning of each session. Sessions to be undertaken at The Studio, 4 Test Road, Whitchurch, Hampshire RG28 7LP.
The initial consultation will last approximately 15 minutes; followed by your first full session of approximately 50 minutes should you wish to proceed.
Group relaxation, Hypno Gastric Band and Hypnobirthing sessions are priced separately and details can be found on the relevant information page.
Payment to be made in cash, by cheque, or Paypal before the first session. Cheques to be made payable to S. Steeden (supported with guarantee card).

Rearrangement of a booking will be made if a minimum of 48 hours notice is given. Less than 48 hours notice will incur loss of payment for that session late attendance will result in a reduced session.
Please note that these Terms and Conditions must be accepted by signature on the Case History Form by or before the session commences.
