A lot of people find it hard to relax these days due to the demands that are put on us, together with the added demands that we regularly put on ourselves. What with work and family commitments, finding just ten minutes to relax can be stressful in itself!
The Group Relaxation Session offers a great opportunity to experience hypnosis and to de-stress and relax with a group of friends or work colleagues.

Whether you’re feeling anxious, stressed, want a boost of confidence, or simply want some me time, hypnosis can provide the perfect answer. As explained on the ‘Therapies’ page, hypnosis is a state of total physical and mental relaxation, which is induced simply by me talking you through a relaxation process, as you sit or lay comfortably with your eyes closed. This is then followed by positive suggestions to relax you and boost your confidence.
Hypnosis is a very natural and totally safe state of mind that we all experience regularly, for example: you’re reading a good book and getting lost in the story – everything around you is blocked out; or you’re driving a familiar route and you get to your destination, but can’t remember the journey!
