I believe that the only way to successfully control your weight is to change your eating and lifestyle habits for GOOD.

Whilst diets, slimming pills and potions can work short term, they fail long term. We all know the correct way to lose weight, but knowing these things doesn’t make it any easier to lose weight and keep it off. My sessions use hypnotic suggestion to bring about permanent changes in eating habits, thoughts about eating, exercise and weight control. NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) is also built into the session for added effectiveness.

Whilst diets, slimming pill and potions can work short term, they fail long term.

I initially advise three sessions for weight loss. However, I have found that many of my clients book another three or more sessions. The second set of three sessions are booked at 2-3 week intervals, and sometimes include more of a self-esteem/confidence theme to help boost and motivate them to achieve their goals. At the first session we will do a comprehensive fact find to ascertain why you are over weight, and the best way forward to enable you to reach the goals that you have set for yourself. The follow up sessions will empower you for life, and will reinforce those positive suggestions that have been made during all sessions.
