In this one day interactive and fun workshop, you will learn how to identify stress and how to manage/remove stress moving forward.

A fun day of learning using some of the latest ‘whole brain’ training techniques including – partner share, group share, facilitated discussions, together with written and practical exercises.

No boring PowerPoint presentations; instead we’ll use flipcharts, pens and have group participation!

You will leave with practical skills to manage pressure and stress successfully in the workplace and in life generally.

Workshop Outcomes:

  • Gain an understanding of what stress is and how we react to it
  • Gain insight into the causes of stress
  • Learn about performance and productivity
  • How to recognise the signs and symptoms of stress in ourselves and others
  • Discuss ‘flawed strategies’ and how they add to our stress
  • Learn techniques and strategies to build resilience and create good mental health
  • Leave feeling motivated and much more in control

Occasionally, Guest Speakers will be invited to talk about Nutrition, Exercise & Relaxation.

Organiser Description

My name is Sophia Steeden and I am a qualified Hypnotherapist, Life Coach, NLP Practitioner and Mental Health First Aider (MHFA England). Over the last ten years I have seen a significant increase in clients presenting with stress and anxiety and because of this, I am looking at helping individuals to safeguard their mental health by offering Stress Management workshops.
My aim is to offer tools and techniques during these interactive workshops to ensure that individuals can identify and build resilience to stress in the workplace and in life generally!
